idk guys i’m convinced these are AI listings or something every single job either doesn’t reply or answers with that generic “unfortunately” message lol. I’ve been applying for about a year now with new cvs and custom cover letters I pour my heart and soul into! such a bummer I just want to start my adult life without having to be a labourer in construction 😩🙏

It never used to be hard to find a job since back in 2016 this year, i’m on 5 months unemployed and i haven’t found one singular job, offer or interview. What am i doing wrong?

200+ applications. Zero offers. 4 interviews. I’ve done everything. Good grades, relevant experience, tailored applications, full availability. Still, nothing. I can’t help but wonder… is it me, or has the job market completely broken?

After 6 years of unemployment Im still hunting for work. I volunteer super regularly to keep my skills sharpand keep learning. But I was given feedback from an employer, rare I know. That my volunteering is hurting my chances at work, after getting some advice from a career coach, I changed my volunteering to being pro bono clients of my selfrun nonprofit support organization. After more feedback from others, I look like an dumb business owner who can't make money. Can't win.
