I’m in my 20s and have had an account management job for 5 years now and i find myself often wondering if i should change careers while I'm still young. I’m interested in graphic design but apparently that’s going to be taken by AI, so I'm hesitant to leave my stable job. What does everyone think? Is the grass always greener or is it worth the risk?

Has anyone here done a degree or Polytech course in their 30's? I got an bank job straight out of school and I don't hate it but I'm so bored and I want to do something else, I'm not even sure what. I'm about to turn 30 and feel lost. I like the idea of doing something creative but I literally hve no certificates or skills. Whst are my realistic options here?

I'm a recent graduate with a few months working in my chosen field but I don't think I've made the right choice. I have a business management degree but I think I want to pivot into the tech side of things. What are some IT roles I could get into after maybe 1-2 years of extra study? I'm interested in cyber security and systems admin - could I realistically pivot into these with a graduate diploma?

I'm currently in a senior position in Malaysia and considering opportunities in New Zealand. After working in Asia for many years, I'm unsure how to accurately assess what compensation level I should be targeting in a new market. I'm struggling with how to translate my current compensation package to different market standards & find out if my Asia-based experience commands the same premium elsewhere.
