Gen Z here...i dont hate my job but im kinda burnt out. Salary's not really keeping up with all my expenses and I’m kinda just getting through each week.
Not even thinking about passion rn, just trying to stay afloat and pay the bills.

Totally understand what you're saying Nick. Work becomes more about survival when things are under so much financial pressure. Theres less risk taking too, people who might normally switch jobs for something more challenging might be more inclines to stay put because its scary times. Take care of yourself. 🫶
