What are your thoughts about HR in a corporate world? I feel Human Resources are more centered and favourable to the employer not employees. I understand it depends upon case to case but in my experience employees become a scapegoat when it comes to management and someone needs to be blamed. Even I feel what is happening with the employee can be seen by HR very clearly but in most of the cases, outcome is mostly in favour of the managers.Apologies for being upfront. Thoughts please?
