I’m 19 years old and have been looking for a job since the end of highschool and that was 2 years ago how am I meant to add experience if no one is willing to train new people and only accept people who have experience it’s getting harder and harder and the days go by trying to find someone who would take me in

Have you been engaged in anything since leaving school? Study (maybe with some practical workplacement), volunteer work etc. Sometimes it's not just what you learn, its making connections in these places too
