Sales Engineer
I attended an on-site interview. One month past, however, I got no feedback even though I approached the recruiter and the interviewer. I think it is the basic respect to give a feedback both negative or positive.

When the application is online, you'd think they would just send a quick email/notification out to everyone. Not that hard, but they rarely do.

AI tasker (freelance)
I’m getting completely ghosted a lot these days. When I was looking for a job before, everybody wrote back, even just for an expression of interest in working for them. Now it’s extremely common to get nothing back it seems, not even an interview. 15 years ago when I was trying to escape my toxic workplace, I applied for five jobs, got five replies, and two interviews. Didn’t get any of the jobs, but common courtesy was a thing then, and it was nice to know they cared.

I found Seeks set up with their opportunities are great I have applied for positions and an automated message is sent it's been received. I don't expect much after it as it's a process but glad I know it's been received.

Seams to be the way these days, all ya want is a little feedback, how close was I, what must I do to apear more suitable & all you get is nothing. If a foot in the door is all you need try temping

I recommend asking for feedback during the interview at the end of it when its your turn to ask questions. That way you'll get quick feedback right there n then from the relevant people.
