Support Worker
What do you do when you don't have any ex employers for a references? All ex managers no longer work there, and you are currently unemployed and have no networking connections. Very difficult situation when you know you're more than capable of doing the job.

References can feel tough to navigate when they change like that Marcia. You could consider reaching out to an old employer and using someone who's still there as a reference. Another manager could confirm your tenure, performance reviews etc even without direct experience with you.
Or contacting a referee at a new role if they're willing to.
