Are there any managers here with interview tips from a hiring persepctive? I'm hiring a new person for my small team and I've never done this before. It's important that we find someone who's a good personality fit because we all work closely together. What are some questions I can ask that can help me get to know the interviewees personality a bit without overstepping?
