Venting: I hope most employers would actually email a rejection letter, i did a couple of interviews/screenings like a week ago and never heard back from them. I just want a confirmation so i can move on and find another job.

Yeah it's pretty rude Rosenvy. Especially after them calling you in for an interview. I don't think you can afford to wait before applying for more jobs. If they can't get their act together before you find something better, that's on them not you.

Very rare to get a reply. Ive just accepted it, and try not to take it personal. Keep searching, dont wait around for them.
