i have been job hunting for 6 months now and still haven't had any success in finding employment. I was terminated from my previous job. an organization I have spent a good number of years with. Within 6 months from September 2025 to now March 2026. I have applied for 100+ jobs and only had 11 interviews and all 11 jobs I got interviewed for. I was unsuccessful. the thing I don't understand is, why is it that I never progress further than the interview stage?

The first thing we'd say is that 11 interviews is an absolutely fantastic achievement and shows you must be doing a lot right with your applications, and have skills that employers are looking for.
