I personally want to know how many employers actually analyse applicants themselves or have gone fudge it..... A.I. is definitely under-developed enough to this, too help guarantee we all have less hope and faith in not just too work in New Zealand, but also living here...

Feel your frustration Nico. As I understand it lots of employers use AI screening up front and then a human will come in to review the first cut.
If you make sure you address the requirements in your application, using similar language to the job ad, you really should make it through to a human.
That's how it worked when I last did it, not sure if some companies are leaning more into AI now.
