Anyone else applied for jobs you thought you’d be a shoo-in for and didn’t even get an interview? Especially in a smaller town? I spoke with my budgeter at Mai Lighthouse, and she said they had job openings with over 200 applicants, and another with over 500. 😳

oh wow, for a small town thats a shock. Although I guess with the amount of people needed work, and people picking up second jobs, shouldnt be surprised. Def been rejected from a few that I thought Id get an interview at least, it stings a bit 😬
