Multi-Site Store Manager
I'm an Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience. I was headhunted from the UK to move to NZ to apply my skills here. I work(ed) in professional services and know that I am good at what I do, as I earned the title of Asia/Pacific Employee of the Year out of 4,500 team members in 2020. Was made redundant over 2 years ago and have applied for 528 jobs in that time. I've networked, had meetings with HR recruitment agencies and still nothing. About to lose my home. Fun times.

I'm on the same boat 25 years experience FMCG worked for a couple of the largest logistics companies globally had around 8 second interviews got to final 2 or 3 only heard back from 3 of them use to be head hunted now just nothing, good luck.

Security Manager
Risk & Security manager - I’m incredibly sorry to read all of your stories, some are much more critical than others, especially if your livelihood is on a line and about to lose your home. It just put so much mental stress on families & I’m very sad to read about it because I’ve been through it I was only given 3 weeks to save my home or it was all over, but thank God as it was my faith never been rattled that carried us through & sustained us, 2 years on now and I can’t thank God enough.

Hi, keep going, I've applied for so many jobs as well. Still applying with a lot of other people, have had a few interviews but still nothing. I keep thinking it's my age when they see me?? I'm 62 years young.
