I'm a 39 year old qualified painter and decorator, I used to own a company for 3 years before Covid put an end to it and now I have to stuck being a foreman on the tools. I have tried to set up another company but the work just isn't out there at the moment. Looking to change careers, get into project management or something sales in the paint industry but everyone wants experience. Feel stuck and unaore what to do withy life

Hey Steve, that's really tough on losing your business to Covid. Perhaps for project management, you could target construction or fit-out companies where your trade background is an asset. Look for assistant PM or site manager roles to transition in. hope this helps!
