Mmhmmm. I feel so much better in a role I believe in. I've been highly paid before. And not one of those big paychecks made me feel anything except "I should spend this on something to feel better"

Purpose wins for me...Unless I was being underpaid as it's hard to feel good about a job when you're struggling to pay the bills.
