Kind words please .. I was put on PIP last week (junior analyst) after no warning at all. I just passed probation just over three weeks ago and haven’t heard anything bad about my work in that time. I feel demoralised and like I don’t even want to try now. What should I do - is there anything I can do? Has anyone here come back from PIP and enjoyed working at their company?
