I'm in my early 50s and have experience as a facilitator, administrator, Office Manager/ Operations Manager to ......to where I am now. It's not my ideal job, there's no job satisfaction; it just pays the bills. I'd really like to move into something that would encompass all if not most of the skills and experience I've gained over the years. I guess the fear is being re-employed at my age.... any suggestions on what route to take?
