National Administrator
1. I've worked in admin approx 20 years.
2. Current service with employer is 6 years.
3. Have a business degree.
4. I'm applying for other jobs.
Problem is I won't be able to get a good reference from my current Team Lead - she hates me, is insecure, threatened by me and possibly woke. She micromanages only me and I could go on.
I appreciate many people work in toxic environments so I'm interested to know how others get people as referees when looking for work?
