I'm new to the workforce and just had an end of year performance review and I feel a bit deflated. My company gives a score out of five for certain KPIs (you can never get a perfect score btw) and I lost points in some areas that aren't really measurable. Can someone with more experience tell me how to reach these KPIs, like innovation and team work, or how I should approach them?
