Communication with recruiters!! I'm back hunting for a job after a few years and I'm seeing a big n negative shift in how recruiters respond or communicate!!
In the past, it was good to give them a call and most of the time they welcomed it. Now they hardly answer or get back to you!
In the past, if you wanted to discuss different options, or a career shift, they wouldn't mind meeting up and having a chat about it, regardless if they have a current role for you or not. Now they just ignore that!

So sorry to hear there's been a lack of support Ahmed. That's really disappointing. Do you find they say they will offer that, and then don't follow through? or it's just not even pitched as part of the service to begin with?
