Hi Auckland! A question from a Sydneysider about hybrid work: would you say it's pretty common there?
If you have a hybrid role, what is the ratio of WFH versus in office?
Is your company strict about it? I'm thinking of crossing the ditch.

Hard to say across the board. What sector are you in? I'm in Marketing and doing a 100% WFH gig. Love it and could never go back in the office.
