    The way they terminate their employees are so disrespectful and they make you feel like awful.

    The challengesMy experience with this company was disappointing, particularly regarding how employee terminations are handled. The process felt impersonal and lacked basic empathy or consideration for staff wellbeing. While the organisation promotes values such as diversity and inclusion, my personal experience did not reflect those principles in practice. Communication and understanding during my time there could have been managed more professionally. I hope the company takes this feedback constructively and works toward creating a more respectful and supportive environment for all employees.
