    Great company with a positive outlook; outperforming direct competitors in market.
    The good thingsCompany culture, executive leadership in the audio division. Workplace events (like monthly mingles, social club). Positive trajectory during tough financial times. Outperforming competitors like MediaWorks.
    The challengesPay/remuneration is below the average for my role and set of skills. Removing assets (including brands, platforms and people) that don't offer value to the future of the company.

    The good thingsThe team I work with is excellent, and the broader community is always willing to support one another. Everyone I interact with daily has been wonderful and approachable. Nothing is too big for anyone, everyone has been happy to jump in and help where they can.
    The challengesManaging the continuous workflow can be challenging at times, and the workload can occasionally become intense. However, this is consistent with my experiences in previous roles. There are always hard to manage people you don't gel with, but compared to other employment ive had, this is a dream.
