Stay away if you value your mental health!!
The good thingsRelatively low barrier of entry into sales.
The challenges Non existant leadership, lots decisions made due to personal ego and emotional immaturity by upper management. They barely have any vendors and rely on a handful of profitable ones to paper over the cracks of their business. Many of the key products team and leadership team have no vision or strategies and rely on knee-jerk reactions rather than long term planning. Very Stingy Owner and long term management with outdated business practices, short sighted visions and ideas who desperately needs to be moved on. Some managers can get away with just about anything due to personal relationship with owner. Nepotism is rife within the company. The company suffers from a combination of poor commission structures, virtually non-existent employee perks and benefits, and a lack of any clear or consistent long-term business strategy. Leadership is heavily influenced by large egos, internal politics and ongoing infighting resulting in a never-ending cycle of high employee turnover.
