    Role ambiguity, expanding duties, and limited management support impacted my wellbeing.
    The good thingsIt is a job that allows you to work from home
    The challengesThe biggest challenge was the lack of role clarity. New responsibilities were introduced under “business needs” without clear boundaries, or consultation. When I sought clarification, management advised that because the role is customer-facing, there were effectively no defined limits on how responsibilities will continue to expand. Although I followed the appropriate internal escalation process with management and HR, I left feeling that my concerns were acknowledged but not meaningfully resolved. There has been a lack of clarity concerning the evolving expectations of the role, making it difficult to understand scope on a day-to-day basis. There was limited consistent managerial presence or operational support within the team during periods of high workload or staffing pressure. While colleagues were supportive, issues around role clarity, workload distribution, and leadership support significantly affected morale and the overall experience.
