    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the positive culture and supportive team environment at Firstmac, describing it as family-like and collaborative. The work/life balance is excellent with flexible arrangements, and management is supportive and approachable. Firstmac is recognised as a tech-driven, innovative company that provides opportunities to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as the fast-paced environment occasionally creating pressure with conflicting priorities and workload. The good thingsI enjoyed the job, my job was encouraged to genuinely help people and I was given all the tools I need. I also enjoyed the paperless office - no unnecessary paperwork and filing. Very efficient and up to date with the times. Great products to work with.
