The challengesextremely stretched thin, and not paid well compared to other Victorian agents. I was successful in the role, however I needed to do 1-2 hrs overtime approx 2-3 days per week (unpaid) to achieve this. Lieu time was given for this overtime, however this was suddenly taken away due to fellow staff leaving/being sick (then suddenly returned)
