What’s it like working at Builderscrack?

    AI summary of recent reviews

Builderscrack stands out for its positive company culture and supportive work environment, where employees feel genuinely valued and heard. The company offers excellent work-life balance with flexible working arrangements, and fosters strong social connections through regular team activities and Thursday social events. Employees consistently praise the genuine, down-to-earth atmosphere and the various perks and benefits provided.

The main challenges noted are practical rather than cultural, including limited parking availability due to the CBD location. There's also an interesting challenge related to having more growth opportunities than resources to pursue them, which suggests positive potential for future expansion and development.

This is my second major marketing job outside of university and the career development has been next level. They take into account your pace of learning, what gets you excited and where you want to go next, whether it be within the business or outside.
The good thingsCaring culture with genuine, down-to-earth people. They are always striving to improve job satisfaction across the board with amazing work flexibility, perks and open communication.
The challengesLike any CBD business there is limited parking accessibility.

Builderscrack is an awesome place to work
The good thingsI love the people, the location, the flexible working options & the opportunities for growth. We work hard, but we also make time for playing hacky sack & having a laugh at Thursday socials in the office. You know you've found a good workplace when you're excited to come to work on a Monday morning.
The challengesOver the six years I can genuinely say the only challenge has been having more potential opportunities than resource available to pursue them — not a bad problem to have, it just means there's plenty more growth left in the pipeline for both the people and the product.
