As our Learning Programme & Events Coordinator, you will sit at the heart of our vibrant L&D team who design, develop and implement learning experiences that truly empower our people.

In this role, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of both internal and external programmes—coordinating enrolments, championing participation, and communicating opportunities with a friendly, proactive touch. By keeping our learning‑management system spotless and driving consistent, insightful evaluations, you will guarantee every session is high‑impact and memorable.

Most importantly, you will be a key driver of our Career Progression framework, guiding employees, managers and Board members through their development journeys and helping them realise their full potential.

You are a detail‑oriented, people‑focused professional who thrives on delivering seamless learning experiences and enjoys collaborating with diverse teams to drive growth.

You will bring:

  • Proven track record managing multiple learning streams

  • Solid understanding of adult‑education concepts

  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail

  • Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders

The expected appointing range for this position is $73,684 - $78,596.

Before you apply

Working within our unique environment means we have to ensure you're eligible for employment.

You must:

  • Have been a New Zealand Citizen for at least 10 years

OR

Hold a current NZ Residency Class Visa and ideally have been a citizen of the UK, USA, Canada or Australia for at least 10 years

Be eligible to obtain a Top Secret Special (TSS) security clearance
