About Us

We’re looking for a strong, reliable Head Chef to lead the kitchen and help keep service running smoothly.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can consistently deliver good food, lead the kitchen team, and maintain high standards during busy services. This role suits someone who is organised, hands-on, and takes pride in running an efficient kitchen.

You’ll be working with a supportive team and as part of a wider hospitality group with opportunities across multiple venues.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Cooking and preparing meals to Fairweathers standards
• Maintaining food quality, portion control, and presentation
• Leading kitchen service during busy periods
• Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and safe
• Ensuring food safety procedures are followed at all times
• Managing stock, ordering, and kitchen prep systems
• Supporting and training junior kitchen staff
• Working closely with management to maintain smooth service

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef or Head Chef in a busy kitchen
• Ability to perform under pressure during high-volume service
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organised, and committed to high standards
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and peak periods
