    WITT is the textbook definition of nepotism and incompetence masquerading as an organisation.
    The good thingsFriendships with a handful of decent, competent colleagues
    The challengesAbysmal - salary and conditions, TEU representation, management, resourcing, parking, amenities, teaching space availability, academic rigour, quality control, workload, culture of nepotism and incompetence, recognition, professional development. Talented, hardworking staff are routinely ignored, sidelined, or actively undermined, while those with connections coast along doing the bare minimum.
