Do not entertained the idea of employment at Westrac Welshpool its a horrible place to work.

The good thingsNot a lot of good things about Westrac Welshpool rebuilds.

The challengesConstant back stabbing from management and the crew on the floor. Always have to cover your back on the small things because the toxic culture that has been imbedded in the company. Upper management wont do anything to help or assist in any capacity unless it makes them look good or further their career. Consistently lying upper Management. A planning team that doesn't listen about the capacity and ability of the workshop and the time jobs take. SOOO many meeting that have no added value to your position or information that is useful.

I'm just glad I left as it was a tough place to worl the last 2 or 3 years I was there.

The good thingsAfter over 17 years I saw an opportunity to leave. The good people unfortunately were few and far between.

The challengesThere was in the end a Toxic, Negative environment that was just very draining.
