Many staff value the workplace culture and values, along with opportunities for professional development and the flexibility and benefits offered across Victoria.

Thank goodness I left this place!! It broke me
The good thingsLovely conversations with some of the residents , learning about all the wonderful cultures.
The challengesManagement and workforce ! The more work you do, the more they push, they never recognise or acknowledge your hard work, they just ask for more till you break and once you do, they are no where to be seen! This company can talk all they want about supporting their staff but not one of us ever experience that! If you injure yourself at work, they never not once call up to see if you are ok, you will fight tooth and nail for any money owed to you, they will make things difficult! I work for another age care home and see a huge difference in the respect towards staff, I get the respect at the place I work now, VMCH do not know what respect is!
