    The good thingsThe concept of VACC is very beneficial to the Automotive Industry and truly believe it what it does for its members.
    The challenges“Too many chiefs, not enough Indians” middle management heavy, Systemic issues around micromanagement, and lack of trust between middle management and subordinates.
