First couple of years were good here, but slowly started going downhill.

The challenges- Upper management do everything they can to better themselves and like to say they provide tools for you to do your job and that we are all treated like part of a team, but this isn't the case. - People who have only been with Thales a few months are ripping people apart for not doing jobs that isn't part of their job description. - Continuously changing responsibilities and processes. - HR do not follow employment contracts that they had written up. - Toxic and woke culture
