Less than 1 year in the role, former employee
Terrible experience from the outset. No involvement from management, no team morale, and no adequate training period will sap your motivation very quickly.
The good thingsNot really many good things to report unfortunately
The challengesFrom Day 1 it was a very unwelcoming environment. Almost hostile. As a new person you don't get introduced to anyone, or any formal induction or training period. Training consists of barked instructions by a co-worker and as the processes are so manual and time consuming it becomes impossible to learn the processes and do them accurately with such patchy training and inconsistent information being given.
