Hands down, the best 7 and a half years of my working life has been with Storage King.
The good thingsThe diversity of employees and clients on a daily basis lends to a great environment to work. The leaders, from head office down are always open to questions and willing to help in any situation. The camaraderie is tangible. Training is always offered if required and communication is open and honest and continual. No matter the situation, you are never on your own to deal with things. There is plenty of room for personal development, and this is always encouraged.
The challengesI guess time is everyones' enemy. And things may not happen as quickly as we like, but I guarantee that everyone works to have any issues ironed out in a very acceptable time frame.

I have worked in storage for the past 13 years and my only negative is that I didn't make the move to Storage King earlier.
The good thingsStorage King have a great culture and they do look after their employees. You have the opportunity to run your centre and are not just care takers.
The challengesLike all Jobs you get out of it what you are willing to put into it. If you take pride in yourself and your centre, then the challenges are only small.
