The good thingsThe office culture, the variety of projects, being able to see a tender from the beginning all the way to submission and having a say in how the project be built. Also, the constant feedback from managers.

The good thingsSHAPE is a well-established business and their on boarding has been extremely thought out and thorough. The people that work here are friendly, supportive and encouraging. It has only been two months but hopefully will lead to many more.
