What’s it like working at Repco?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate the excellent staff discounts (up to 75%) and the supportive colleagues who make the workplace enjoyable. Many also value positive customer interactions and the flexible work hours that help balance work with personal commitments.

However, there are some potential challenges, including inconsistent management support that varies by location and manager, pay rates at award wage levels that may not reflect workload, workplace culture issues such as favouritism, understaffing leading to increased pressure, work/life balance difficulties during busy periods, and on-the-job training that can be stressful for new employees.

    Horrible Management
The good thingsThe old manager was fantastic, able to cater to university classes, & family needs! The workplace was so fun & i loved working there.
The challengesThe management at Repco Waurn Ponds is currently terrible. If you enjoy being micromanaged, criticised for doing what you were told to do (then get in trouble for it), then this job is for you.
