What’s it like working at Quayclean?

    AI summary of recent reviews
Employees appreciate that payment is reliable and on time at Quayclean. Many value the welcoming and supportive work environment, particularly at client sites, along with flexible scheduling options and the company's strong commitment to safety.

However, there are some potential challenges, including inconsistent communication from management and delayed responses to concerns. Training and support are primarily online rather than face-to-face, available hours can vary from initial discussions, and the workload can be substantial with pressure to meet tight deadlines. Additionally, the digital clocking system occasionally experiences technical issues.

Only apply if you are desperate for a job!
The good thingsThey pay you on time.
The challengesSupport form Zone supervisors needs improving, months of complaining and nothing. The skill matrix is another interesting thing, the supervisor goes through the skills you have and ticks it off. You are then sent an email with links to watch about the skills you are lacking. This is the only training I received in 6 months.

    Lack of support from supervisor.
The good thingsThe Catholic Schools are amazing to work at, the staff are warm and welcoming. The only good thing is that you are paid on time.
The challengesSupport from the Zone manager is lacking, you can make complaint after complaint and months go by and no support is given. The skill matric is basically a supervisor going through what you can and can't do, then they send you an email with links of things you cannot do. You are then informed that you are required to use those links to learn the skills that you don't have. Absolutely no face to face training involved.
