Not a bad gig to learn, horrible with compensation.

The good thingsYou learn a lot from everyone working in the department. Met some great people. Enjoyed some parts of the job.

The challengesPay.....100%....the pay. Other companies in worse conditions offer waaaay more. Company just doesn't care enough about the employees to compete with other companies. Senior drillers make as much as first year drillers in other companies.

Pybar are like most contracting companies, they always paid there wages on time, but run small margin projects which put a great cost on the Safety and Training budget.
