All though I had some great connections with the staff, the Management are all money hungry&arrogant
The good thingsEven though though KPIs are shoved down your throat some of the staff with Price Attack are lovely people
The challengesHigher up employees are nothing buy arrogant and righteous, constantly commenting on appearance- especially things that are out of your control- All though sometimes they can pretend to be caring deep down they do not care-if you are presenting the slightest mentally ill or ill in general their first worry is the buisness not you.

Awful, would not recommend to my worst enemy.
The good thingsMost head office employees are lovely and hardworking.
The challengesSenior Management with no strategy (except self-gain), no HR, no empathy and no support for growth. Business has high staff turnover for a reason. Accept a role here if you're prepared to be blamed for the decline of a 40 year old business.
