The rewards and recognition programme, including regular celebrations and competitive benefits, makes employees feel valued. Work/life balance is excellent with flexible arrangements, and the variety of work provides ongoing learning opportunities across the auction industry.

However, there are some potential challenges, such as inconsistent management experiences across different branches and the fast-paced environment that can be demanding during busy periods.
