    The challengesWhile the immediate sales team creates a positive day-to-day environment and the sales management is genuinely supportive and great to work with, the overall company culture falls short. As the business continues to expand, employees are increasingly treated like just a number rather than valued team members. ​The corporate dynamic feels strictly like a one-way street—management expects maximum output while offering very little support, recognition, or return. Staff are even pressured to leave positive reviews online to inflate the company’s image. Furthermore, the environment relies heavily on favoritism; if your face doesn't fit or you aren't liked by higher-up management, you'll quickly find yourself pushed out the door. Strong local leadership can only compensate so much for a corporate culture that prioritizes appearance over genuine employee support.
