Working at Philips gives employees a range of opportunities to move into. Well paid for hard work.My experience at Philips was fully positive. They were a great company to work for in all aspects of my employment. As a Senior Field Engineer, I was given freedom to complete complex tasks within my assigned territory. I was also given the opportunity to mentor new Engineers and assist them in their day to day work.

The good thingsYour fellow Field Service Engineers are always ready to help and are committed to getting the job done.
The challengesFar too many internally-focused KPI's. Those undefined "Reasonable Additional Hours" that are demanded by management. Far too much overtime and weekend work. Overtime is mandatory, not voluntary.
