We hope this programme will help New Zealanders shift a significant amount of e-waste out of landfills and recover precious resources to be recycled.

The challengesBelittling and standoffish management, yell at staff throughout the day (both in one-on-one and in front of staff and customers), expect staff to check on customers every "3 minutes" (despite customers verbalising frustration of this), HR ignore when you reach out for support, overall huge power trip. I hope things have changed.
