Overall, it's a good place to work if you aren't at the front lines getting killed by angry customers. If you get a chance for another position, it may work to scale up the latter.
The good thingsNice modern place. Bunch of people. Free coffee, pfff. Overall balance company. Not the best reputation out there tho.
The challengesTalking to angry and frustrated people all day. The company f* up in the past so its reputation is bad-ish.
