    If you like day working hours and never speak up and accept your fate. It's just a job
    The good thingsEBA is higher incentive vs other private radiology if you're part of Lake Imaging as a MIT
    The challengesExtremely corporate numbers environment with corporate managers even worse, lots of non-medical imaging admin types in management with zero practical experience. It's all about making impossible quotas and expectations, severely underpaid if they contract you to Capital, FMIG or direct. They have a P&C team that is so well known to the unions - because they barely respect workers rights. I would NEVER be stupid enough to join this company without being part of a union.
