Employees at InFront Security value their colleagues and team mates, noting that the people they work with are professional and create a positive work environment. The company provides reliable pay that arrives on time, along with variety in work through different events and locations. Might be OK as short term job or doing a few shifts for a bit of extra cash but WATCH YOUR BACK.
The good thingsAlways got paid correctly and 99% of time pay was on time, good at providing uniforms, ear pieces, security numbers. Being a part of some good events. They are ok if just doing a few shifts here and there to supplement your other income.
The challengesThey are called InFront because it is extremely unlikely they will have your back. Infront will do anything a Venue Owner, Venue Manager or Promoter wants even if its completely wrong. Was no training at all, while some other companies offer paid - barrier training, hold and restraint training, field of play training. To many staff think they are permanently supervisors because they once did a supervisor shift somewhere, management does nothing about it. Even reliable Guards struggle for shifts at quiet times of year and company plays favourites. The pay for doing a supervisor shift is $1/hour extra and sometimes don't even get that just to wear a different coloured shirt! There is very little chance of career progression with company.

Made me want to run out my security licence and get out of the industry
The good thingsIf a good act is on and you get to enjoy it maybe
The challengesMoody middle aged men acting unpleasant and only welcoming to the younger angry unpleasant men, complete chaos when signing in and the immediate stoppage of shift offers if you miss accepting just 1 in time

My life improved after I left.
The good thingsThere is nothing good
The challengesTerrible, incompetent and manipulative leadership, extremely high turnover leading to bottom of the barrel staffing in critical positions (mostly due to those in leadership positions), favouritism is rampant allowing unfit staff to continue filling roles to the point staff that sleep on the job but have history with management maintain employment over those completing their job expectations but making formal complaints about said unfit staff, management that expect you to prioritise the company and workplace over all else including family unless you have the legal high ground, if you are not willing to break your spine bending over backwards for these guys honestly dont waste your time and life working for them, the strain on your mental and physical health are not worth it and management only care once you cant keep it up anymore and I certainly dont mean they suddenly start looking after you.
