    Guild Insurance's incapable executive leadership and their lackeys have eroded the purpose, and it is a sweatshop with no vision and they are riding this company full throttle into redundancy!
    The good thingsThe company lacks a vision, management are incapable and dinosaurs! Customers are unhappy and the management don't care. People experience leaves a lot to be desired for. Do not recommend!
    The challengesNo work-life balance No employee value proposition, they don't care about people Pale, Stale leadership No customer value proposition Its evident from day to day operations that the management are out of their depth! This ship's going down!
